At WOW – Working on Within, we believe every child, teen, and family has the power to grow stronger from the inside out.

What started more than a decade ago with two friends—Don from Italy and Jimmy from New Zealand—sharing their life experiences has grown into a nationally recognised program helping kids build confidence, manage emotions, and discover respect for themselves and others.

We’ve walked through real struggles—racism, fear, self-doubt—and turned those challenges into lessons that inspire lasting change. That’s why the WOW Program isn’t built on theory alone; it’s built on lived experience, resilience, and the values that shape better lives.

Today, WOW reaches families, schools, and communities across Australia through face-to-face workshops and our interactive online portal. Every module—whether it’s Respect, Confidence, Anger, or Leadership—is designed to give kids the tools to thrive in school, at home, and in life.
